At Skinpiens, we take pride in our expertly formulated products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer a full refund or store credit for merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase.

Extended Return Policy

In addition to our Happiness Guarantee, we accept returns of unopened, resalable items within 30 days of your purchase.

How to Return:

Please email us at Skinpiens@gmail.com with your order reference and reason for return. Include pictures if applicable. Our team will respond within 2 business days to assist you.

Refund Details:

• For resalable merchandise returned within 14 days, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

• For resalable merchandise returned between 14 and 30 days, returns will be issued as store credit. Store credit cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

• Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.

Additional Notes:

We will cover shipping costs for returns of damaged or incorrectly shipped items. For all other returns, you are responsible for shipping costs and ensuring the safe return of merchandise. This policy does not apply to non-refundable, non-exchangeable items, sale items, or items from promotional events. All unopened, resalable items are subject to inspection. Fraud or attempted fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
