EPSILON : Why I Partnered with Allergist to Redefine Eczema Care

In my years behind the pharmacy counter, we’ve noticed patients come to us looking for a "wonder cream"—a single, magical product that will make their eczema vanish overnight.

The market is flooded with these promises, fueled by myths and misconceptions that simplify a complex condition.

But as healthcare professionals, we were tired of seeing patients disappointed. We were frustrated by a system that sells a quick fix instead of a sustainable solution.

I wasn't the only one tired of the status quo. A few years ago, I met Dr. Gan, a renowned allergist —we talked about our shared frustration.
